My Fantasy Team: DeMarco! Polo!

Its that time of year again. Football season is just a few short weeks away. I have decided to do 4 teams. This is one of those teams. This team is in a 8 team league in which I am the commissioner. I had the 8th pick in a snaking order draft. I currently have a waiver request in for Rashad Jennings RB from Jacksonville Jaguars to replace Kenny Britt on my bench. Thoughts on how I might do this year based on this team?

Update(12/20/12): I failed to make the playoffs in this league. I was close. What is most disappointing is a lot of the mangers quit about halfway through. With this being a small league its not a surprise that some of those managers that quit made the playoffs since they had some quality players on their teams.
